While sending us samples, please be informed if your hair sample is an old hairpiece, the hair color would be faded. ● Hair length: What is the length of the hair required? Is it exactly the same as the sample? Let us know the hair length for the new order or if you require a different hair length. It is also important to note that in many cases the hair sample may have been cut before. Therefore, it is important to let us know the original hair length too.
